  2. The quality of a service is also tied to the quality of the chauffeurs. Our chauffeurs all have proven professional experience, as opposed to debutants of lesser skills.
  3. Finally, the quality of our cars: they are all top range models, of the latest generations, serviced by the makers, and cleaned every day.

The reason to avoid using companies that offer cut-rate prices for chauffeured cars is that you will only be buying a price, and not a genuine service which ensures car safety and an attentive chauffeur who will be waiting at your disposal at the desired time. However, it should be noted that our prices are calculated very fairly. For example, and by way of comparison, the hourly fee for a mission of several hours with a bilingual chauffeur and a luxury sedan (such as a Peugeot 607 V6 HDI, sold for 40,000 ) is almost two times cheaper than the hourly cost of labour at a car repair shop.

C Questions concerning opening an account, payment, and cancelation:

Yes. In the case of regular activity, we can open an account for you. You will then receive a monthly invoice detailing all services carried out.

Of course. If your client agrees, he will be billed and we will receive payment from his Visa or MasterCard.

We deliver a service, unlike a product, which we can not recuperate in the case of non-payment. Fortunately, this rarely happens.

By Visa or MasterCard, or by using the PayPal option on our site which will entail an additional 3.5% commission.

Yes. We systematically draw up an invoice for every service order. Our invoices are sent by email.

One of the particularities of our activity is that following a reservation we get to work several days, or even weeks, before the date of the service. We therefore have to block the chauffeur and car for several hours for each reservation. When a late cancellation arrives, we cannot allocate this resource to another mission. Our car and chauffeur remain unutilized "for nothing"".


D Questions concerning organization and services (hours, punctuality, transportation delays, vehicles, baggage)

Trust us. We have never got lost with a client! In the event of difficult locations, we systematically send out the chauffeur to stake out precisely the location in advance.

We will determine it with you according to your schedule, the probable traffic at that time and day, and any road work or events that should be taken into account.

This depends on the number of passengers, baggage (number and size), and the desired level of comfort and luxury. Ask us we are here to advise you.

Certainly! He will be pleased to meet you at your train wagon and accompany you with a cart if necessary. He can even meet you with a wheel chair if anyone needs it.

Dont worry, he is certainly very near, probably at another entrance or platform. Sometimes the ADP or the SNCF may post incorrect information. Simply call the emergency number: 06 07 08 80 30.
